Ramazan DEVECI, as coordinator, implements the following core objectives of the association from a business perspective:

• Corporate Networking: To establish a strong communication network among business people and professionals that will serve the association’s social objectives.
• Employment and Training Support: Developing joint projects with the business world to increase the participation of the target groups (youth, migrants, women) served by the association in the workforce.
• Representation of Social Responsibility: To represent SYNESIS’s professional image in business circles and to promote awareness of “corporate social responsibility”.
• Legal and Ethical Compliance: All business development and sponsorship activities are conducted in 100% compliance with Greek law, tax regulations, and ethical business practices.

• Activity Quota: To maintain strong ties with the business world, the goal is to organize at least 4 (four) comprehensive major events (business forums, networking meetings, industry seminars, etc.) each calendar year.
• Planning: The platform’s annual strategy and sponsorship vision are implemented in coordination with a plan that will be presented to the board of directors every three months.

• Hierarchical Structure and Limits of Representation: The decision-making, auditing, and official representation authority of the association rests exclusively with the Board of Directors . The Coordinator is responsible for the operational management and reporting of activities and does not have the authority to sign contracts with third parties, undertake financial commitments, or establish corporate partnerships on behalf of the association without the written approval or specific authorization of the Board of Directors.
• Sponsorship Management: Preliminary discussions with potential sponsors are reported to the Board; final agreements are approved by the Board.

• Reporting Channel: All business meetings and event outcomes should be sent to socialmedia@SYNESISpigiamke.org within 48 hours at the latest.
• Content Standard: Reports must include at least two high-resolution photographs reflecting the nature of the organization being interviewed, potential areas of collaboration, and the level of corporate professionalism required.
• Reputation Management: Any communication that could damage the association’s commercial and corporate reputation is avoided.

• Assignments and Databases: The corporate partner database, sponsorship files, and relationship management (CRM) records are assigned to the coordinator for the duration of their term.
• GDPR Compliance and Business Privacy: The Coordinator is personally responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of contact information, trade secrets, and personal data belonging to businesses and organizations in accordance with the Greek and EU Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
• Financial Transparency: All monetary or in-kind donations/sponsorships from the business world are channeled directly into the association’s official accounts. Obtaining official invoices ( Timologio ) for all expenses is mandatory.

The Coordinator of the SYNESIS PIGI AMKE Business World Platform:

1.Undertakes to carry out all activities in accordance with the vision, mission, and principles defined in the Association’s Articles of Association, based on transparency, accountability, and equality;

2.Ensures the planning and implementation of the minimum required annual activities within the scope of the established operational targets;

3.Commits to fulfilling all reporting processes in a timely, complete, and standard-compliant manner;

4.Is responsible for safeguarding all entrusted physical assets, financial resources, and personal data in accordance with applicable legislation and GDPR provisions;

5.Agrees to act in full compliance with the duties, authorities, and representation limits defined in this directive, and in line with the decisions of the Board of Directors.
