Emine Kaba implements the association’s core objectives from the perspectives of art, culture, and digital communication:

• Cultural Development and Social Peace: Using the unifying power of art to create a common cultural ground between local and immigrant communities; strengthening social peace through art.
• Digital Representation and Transparency: To professionally present all the association’s activities on its website and social media platforms, thereby realizing the “transparency” principle in the main charter in the digital world.
• Legal and Ethical Compliance: All artistic activities and digital publications are conducted in 100% compliance with Greek copyright laws, internet publishing regulations, and ethical values.

• Activity Quota: The goal is to hold at least 4 (four) comprehensive artistic events (exhibitions, concerts, workshops, etc.) within each calendar year.
• Digital Up-to-Date Status: The coordinator is responsible for keeping the association’s website and social media accounts up-to-date 24/7 and managing incoming interactions using corporate language.
• Planning: Cultural calendar and digital campaign plans are presented to the board every three months.

• Hierarchical Structure and Limits of Representation: The decision-making, oversight, and official representation authority of the association rests exclusively with the Board of Directors. The Coordinator is responsible for the operational management of activities, the production and reporting of digital content, and does not have the authority to make commitments or sign documents on behalf of the association before official authorities or media organizations without the written approval of the Board of Directors.
• Content Approval Mechanism: Critical announcements and strategic posts are published only after receiving approval from the board of directors.

• Reporting Channel: All artistic events and digital performance data must be recorded and sent to socialmedia@sinesispigiamke.org within 48 hours at the latest.
• Content Standard: Reports and shared content must include high-resolution images, text befitting corporate professionalism, and graphics reflecting the association’s vision.

• Assignment and Inventory: Art supplies, exhibition equipment, musical instruments, and technical devices are assigned to the coordinator for the duration of their term.
• Digital Asset Protection: Website administration panel, social media accounts, and corporate email passwords are marked “top secret.” The coordinator is personally responsible for the security of these passwords and preventing unauthorized access.
• GDPR (Data Protection): Obtaining the explicit consent of individuals for shared images (especially for children and vulnerable groups) and protecting member data in the digital environment is the responsibility of the coordinator in accordance with the Greek and EU Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
• Financial Procedures: Art budgets and digital advertising expenses are used with the approval of the board of directors. It is mandatory to obtain official invoices ( Timologio ) for all expenses.

The Coordinator of the SYNESIS PIGI AMKE Culture and Arts Platform:

1.Undertakes to carry out all activities in accordance with the vision, mission, and principles defined in the Association’s Articles of Association, based on transparency, accountability, and equality;

2.Ensures the planning and implementation of the minimum required annual activities within the scope of the established operational targets;

3.Commits to fulfilling all reporting processes in a timely, complete, and standard-compliant manner;

4.Is responsible for safeguarding all entrusted physical assets, financial resources, and personal data in accordance with applicable legislation and GDPR provisions;

5.Agrees to act in full compliance with the duties, authorities, and representation limits defined in this directive, and in line with the decisions of the Board of Directors.
