Mehmet BAL, as the platform coordinator, implements the fundamental objectives outlined in Article 2 of the main charter with the following perspective:

• Academic Development: Organizing courses, seminars, and workshops to support the development of individuals of all ages.
• Cultural Integration: Accelerating the adaptation of target groups to Greek society through language training and integration seminars.
• Social Opportunity Equality: Contributing to social justice by ensuring disadvantaged groups have access to quality education.
• Alignment with EU Education Programmes: Developing projects that support international mobility and youth development.
• Legal Compliance: All activities are conducted in 100% compliance with the standards of the Greek Ministry of Education, copyright laws, and public order.

• Activity Quota: The goal is to conduct at least 4 (four) comprehensive training activities within each calendar year.
• Educational Continuity: Ensuring the continuity of weekly routine language or vocational courses and instructor planning is a key responsibility of the coordinator.
• Planning and Reporting: The training schedule is implemented in coordination with the activity plan, which is submitted to the board of directors every three months.

• Hierarchical Structure and Limits of Representation: The decision-making, auditing, and official representation authority of the association rests exclusively with the Board of Directors . The Coordinator is responsible for the operational management and reporting of activities and does not have the authority to represent the association to third parties or institutions, to undertake commitments, or to sign documents without the written approval or authorization of the Board of Directors.
• Curriculum Review: Course content and textbooks are selected and approved by the coordinator in accordance with the association’s vision.
• Instructor Coordination: Instructor schedules are prepared and their performance is monitored.
• Assessment and Evaluation: Trainee attendance is monitored, and the process of issuing association-approved “Certificate of Participation” at the end of the training is managed.

• Reporting Channel: All event data and course start information should be sent to socialmedia@sinesispigiamke.org within 48 hours at the latest.
• Content Standard: Reports must include at least two high-resolution photographs appropriate to the training topic, number of participants, and corporate professionalism.
• Communication Authorization: Unofficial announcements or independent social media channels on behalf of the association may only be opened with the approval of the board of directors.

• Asset Management: Classroom keys, equipment, and library inventory are assigned to the coordinator for the duration of their term.
• GDPR Compliance and Data Security: The Coordinator is personally responsible for ensuring that the names, contact information, and other personal data of the trainees are kept confidential in accordance with the Greek and EU Data Protection Regulation ( GDPR ), that this information is not shared with third parties, and that it is used only for the purposes of the association.
• Financial Procedure: All expenses are made with the approval of the board of directors and against an official invoice (Timologio) in accordance with Greek tax legislation. The responsibility for expenses without documentation rests with the person who carried out the transaction.

The Coordinator of the SYNESIS PIGI AMKE Education Platform:

1.Undertakes to carry out all activities in accordance with the vision, mission, and principles defined in the Association’s Articles of Association, based on transparency, accountability, and equality;

2.Ensures the planning and implementation of the minimum required annual activities within the scope of the established operational targets;

3.Commits to fulfilling all reporting processes in a timely, complete, and standard-compliant manner;

4.Is responsible for safeguarding all entrusted physical assets, financial resources, and personal data in accordance with applicable legislation and GDPR provisions;

5.Agrees to act in full compliance with the duties, authorities, and representation limits defined in this directive, and in line with the decisions of the Board of Directors.
