The coordinator implements the vision outlined in Article 2 of the main charter in their activities with the following specific approaches:

• Multiculturalism and a Bridge of Dialogue: The volunteer organization embraces multiculturalism as a social value; it creates a constructive bridge of dialogue between members with diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Cultural Consulting and Representation : Manages the presence of volunteers knowledgeable about the beliefs and culture of the target audiences (refugees, asylum seekers) as a factor that makes support mechanisms more accessible.
• Social Cohesion: The Athens-based organization carries out activities that reinforce its commitment to social harmony.

• Activity Quota: To ensure the platform’s continuity, it is aimed to hold at least 4 (four) major events (motivational seminars, ethics workshops, etc.) within each calendar year.
• Planning: The activity calendar is implemented in coordination with the activity plan, which will be presented to the board of directors every three months.

• Hierarchical Structure and Limits of Representation: The decision-making, auditing, and official representation authority of the association rests exclusively with the Board of Directors. The Coordinator is responsible for the operational management and reporting of activities and does not have the authority to represent the association to third parties or institutions, to undertake commitments, or to sign documents without the written approval of the Board of Directors.
• Corporate Ethics Guidance: Defines and coordinates the implementation of a code of conduct for association employees and volunteers.
• Volunteer Management: Organizes internal communication meetings to increase volunteers’ sense of belonging and ensures volunteers adhere to established ethical guidelines.

• Reporting Channel: All work completed must be reported directly to socialmedia@sinesispigiamke.org within 48 hours at the latest.
• Content Standard : The email should include a professional text explaining the activity’s contribution to ethical values and at least two high-resolution photographs befitting corporate professionalism.
• Approval Mechanism: Opening an independent social media account or making unofficial announcements on behalf of the association can only be done with the approval of the board of directors.

• Asset Management: The platform’s training materials, presentation equipment, and digital content are assigned to the coordinator for the duration of their term.
• GDPR Compliance and Data Security: The Coordinator is personally responsible for ensuring that all private information and personal data from interviews with volunteers are kept confidential in accordance with the Greek and EU Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
• Financial Procedure: All expenses are made with the approval of the board of directors and against an official invoice (Timologio) in accordance with Greek tax legislation. The responsibility for expenses without documentation rests with the person who carried out the transaction.

The Coordinator of the SYNESIS PIGI AMKE Ethical Values and Motivation  Platform:

1.Undertakes to carry out all activities in accordance with the vision, mission, and principles defined in the Association’s Articles of Association, based on transparency, accountability, and equality;

2.Ensures the planning and implementation of the minimum required annual activities within the scope of the established operational targets;

3.Commits to fulfilling all reporting processes in a timely, complete, and standard-compliant manner;

4.Is responsible for safeguarding all entrusted physical assets, financial resources, and personal data in accordance with applicable legislation and GDPR provisions;

5.Agrees to act in full compliance with the duties, authorities, and representation limits defined in this directive, and in line with the decisions of the Board of Directors.
