In 2023, Greece experienced a series of devastating wildfires that burned millions of acres of forest and farmland. The fires caused widespread damage and displacement, and they also had a significant impact on the environment.
This week, our team showed solidarity by distributing 40 food packages to families in precarious situations but especially to refugees and immigrants in Athens.
Another academic year has been completed and PIGI celebrated the occasion with a Turkish and Greek program which was prepared by the organization‘s volunteers and students.
