Huseyin BENLI is guided by the following fundamental objectives, outlined in Article 2 of the main charter, in all his activities in the Thessaloniki region:

• Social Solidarity: To build social and cultural bridges between the local people in and around Thessaloniki and the association members.
• Academic and Cultural Development: Developing educational, cultural, and arts projects for university students and the local community in the region.
• Human Rights and Representation : To represent the association’s democratic values and advocacy vision in the North Greece region.
• Legal Responsibility: All activities of the branch are conducted in 100% compliance with the laws of Greece, the local municipal regulations of Thessaloniki, and public order.

• Activity Quota: To maintain the branch’s visibility and effectiveness in the region, the goal is to hold at least 4 (four) comprehensive major events each calendar year.
• Planning: The branch activity calendar is carried out in coordination with the plan that will be submitted to the Athens headquarters every 3 months.

• Central Affiliation and Representation Limits: The general decision-making, auditing, and official representation authority of the association rests exclusively with the Athens Central Board of Directors . The branch coordinator is responsible for the operational management of local activities and does not have the authority to make the association legal/financial commitments or sign agreements before official authorities, banks, or third parties without the written approval or specific authorization of the board of directors.
• Branch Management: The daily operations of the Thessaloniki Office, member relations, and local network management are handled by the coordinator.

• Reporting Channel: All activities, member registrations, and local announcements in Thessaloniki must be reported to socialmedia@SYNESISpigiamke.org within 48 hours at the latest.
• Content Standard: Reports must include a professional text summarizing the purpose of the activity and at least two high-resolution photographs reflecting the branch’s corporate identity.
• Approval Mechanism: Opening an independent social media account specific to a branch or making official announcements independently of the headquarters is only possible with the approval of the board of directors.

• Asset Management and Office Security: The keys to the Thessaloniki Office, the official stamp, office furniture, technical equipment, and local member records are assigned to the coordinator for the duration of their term. The coordinator is personally responsible for office security and the protection of assets.
• GDPR Compliance and Data Security: The Coordinator is personally responsible for ensuring that member registrations, participant lists, and all personal data in the Thessaloniki region are kept confidential in accordance with the Greek and EU Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and that this data is not shared without central authorization.
• Financial Procedure: Branch rent, utility bills, and event expenses are covered with the approval of the central management. It is mandatory to obtain official invoices (Timologio) in accordance with the Greek tax system for all expenses and to submit the originals to the central office.

The Coordinator of the SYNESIS PIGI AMKE Thessaloniki Branch:

1.Undertakes to carry out all activities in accordance with the vision, mission, and principles defined in the Association’s Articles of Association, based on transparency, accountability, and equality;

2.Ensures the planning and implementation of the minimum required annual activities within the scope of the established operational targets;

3.Commits to fulfilling all reporting processes in a timely, complete, and standard-compliant manner;

4.Is responsible for safeguarding all entrusted physical assets, financial resources, and personal data in accordance with applicable legislation and GDPR provisions;

5.Agrees to act in full compliance with the duties, authorities, and representation limits defined in this directive, and in line with the decisions of the Board of Directors.
