SYNESIS PIGI AMKE Dialogue & Integration and Media Platform is an institutional communication and dialogue initiative established to strengthen the association’s public visibility, media relations, and social dialogue activities.

The platform coordinates press communication, prepares professional news articles, press releases, reports, and dialogue outputs, and organizes activities such as dialogue panels, thematic meetings, press conferences, and media workshops. It aims to build constructive bridges between different cultures, beliefs, and communities while bringing the voices of disadvantaged groups to public attention through ethical and inclusive communication.

All activities are carried out under the supervision of the SYNESIS PIGI AMKE Board of Directors and in compliance with Greek press regulations, ethical standards, GDPR principles, and the organization’s internal governance rules. The platform operates through structured planning, timely reporting, responsible archive and data management, and professional content production that reflects transparency, accountability, equality, and institutional seriousness.

Legal Basis And Strategic Importance

This directive has been prepared in accordance with Article 24 of the SYNESIS PIGI AMKE main charter, with the aim of regulating the association’s institutional representation, its relations with the press, and its social dialogue processes. The Media and Dialogue Platform is the association’s intellectual production center and institutional spokesperson; this document is a supplementary regulation complementing the main charter.

Article 2 Of The Main Statutes And The Vision Of Dialogue

Husne Turkan implements the association’s core objectives from a “Content and Dialogue” perspective:

  • Social Solidarity and Dialogue: Organizing “Dialogue Tables” and thematic meetings to build constructive bridges between different cultures and beliefs.
  • Corporate Visibility: Creating public awareness by transforming all of the association’s activities into professional news articles, press releases, and reports.
  • Advocacy: Bringing the voices of disadvantaged groups to public attention through press releases and interviews.
  • Legal and Ethical Compliance: Ensuring that all texts, discourse, and news produced are 100% compliant with Greek press laws, ethical codes, and public order.

Operational Performance And Strategic Objectives

  • Activity Quota: To maintain corporate visibility and foster dialogue, the goal is to hold at least 4 (four) high-quality major events (dialogue panels, press conferences, media workshops, etc.) each calendar year.
  • Content Production: A continuous task involves rapidly transforming raw activity data from other departments into a professional news format and delivering it to the technical department.
  • Planning: The media strategy and event calendar are implemented in coordination with a plan that will be presented to the board of directors every three months.

Management, Representation Limits And Implementation Principles

  • Hierarchical Structure and Limits of Representation: The decision-making, oversight, and official representation authority of the association rests exclusively with the Board of Directors . The Coordinator coordinates press communication and appointment scheduling processes with the management. However, the Coordinator does not have the authority to make official commitments or sign institutionally binding documents on behalf of the association without the written approval of the Board of Directors.
  • Corporate Spokesperson: Official press releases and written texts expressing the “Association’s View” must be approved by the board of directors before publication.

Corporate Communication And Digital Reporting

  • Reporting Channel: News bulletins, press lists, and dialogue outputs produced should be sent to socialmedia@sinesispigiamke.org within 48 hours at the latest.
  • Content Standard: The prepared texts should be written in a professional style that adheres to spelling rules, is unbiased, inclusive, and reflects corporate seriousness.

Asset Management, GDPR, And Financial Audit

  • Accountability and Archive Security: Technical equipment (recording devices, etc.) allocated to the platform, press lists, records of correspondence with institutions, and the news clipping archive are assigned to the coordinator for the duration of their term.
  • GDPR Compliance and Source Privacy: The Coordinator is personally responsible for protecting personal data on press lists, information on interviewees, and the principle of “privacy” in accordance with the Greek and EU Data Protection Regulation ( GDPR ).
  • Financial Procedures: Media event and promotional material budgets are used with the approval of the board of directors. It is mandatory to obtain official invoices (Timologio) for all expenses.

Undertaking And Entry Into Force

The Coordinator of the SYNESIS PIGI AMKE Media and Dialogue Platform:

1.Undertakes to carry out all activities in accordance with the vision, mission, and principles defined in the Association’s Articles of Association, based on transparency, accountability, and equality;

2.Ensures the planning and implementation of the minimum required annual activities within the scope of the established operational targets;

3.Commits to fulfilling all reporting processes in a timely, complete, and standard-compliant manner;

4.Is responsible for safeguarding all entrusted physical assets, financial resources, and personal data in accordance with applicable legislation and GDPR provisions;

5.Agrees to act in full compliance with the duties, authorities, and representation limits defined in this directive, and in line with the decisions of the Board of Directors.
