Eyüp SARI implements the following core objectives of the association under the umbrella of the Youth Center:

• Social Solidarity: To create projects that promote social peace, cooperation, and inclusivity among young people.
• Cultural and Educational Development: Enhancing young people’s academic skills and providing them with a safe study environment, library, and development space.
• Sports and Healthy Living: Organizing sports activities, tournaments, and healthy living seminars to support the physical and mental development of young people.
• Human Rights and Integration: Ensuring the healthy integration of young people into Greek society and developing their advocacy awareness.
• Legal Responsibility: All activities at the center are conducted in 100% compliance with Greek law, AMKE regulations, and public order.

• Activity Quota: To ensure the Youth Center remains active, it is aimed to hold at least 4 (four) comprehensive major events within each calendar year.
• Office/Center Responsibilities: The coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the Youth Office is ready to serve during the designated working hours and that suitable physical conditions (cleanliness, order, security) are maintained for use by young people.
• Planning: The activity calendar is carried out in coordination with the plan that will be presented to the board of directors every 3 months.

• Central Affiliation and Representation Limits: The decision-making, auditing, and official representation authority of the association rests exclusively with the Board of Directors. The Coordinator is responsible for the operational management of the center and does not have the authority to make the association legally/financially obligated to or sign agreements before official authorities, property owners, or third parties without the written approval of the Board of Directors.
• External Communication: Opening an independent social media account or making corporate announcements on behalf of the Youth Center is subject to board approval.

• Reporting Channel: All event and participant statistics should be submitted to socialmedia@sinesispigiamke.org within 48 hours at the latest .
• Content Standard: Reports should include professional text reflecting a youth focus and at least two high-resolution photographs befitting corporate professionalism.

• Asset Management and Office Security: The keys to the Youth Center, all electronic devices in the office (computers, projectors, etc.), furniture, and technical equipment are assigned to the coordinator for the duration of their term. The coordinator is personally responsible for the protection of these assets.
• GDPR Compliance and Data Security: The Coordinator is personally responsible for ensuring that the contact information of individuals participating in youth activities, volunteer lists, and all personal data are kept confidential in accordance with the Greek and EU Data Protection Regulation ( GDPR ).
• Financial Procedures: The central budget and expenditures are managed with the approval of the board of directors. It is mandatory to obtain official invoices ( Timologio ) in accordance with the Greek tax system for all expenditures.

The Coordinator of the SYNESIS PIGI AMKE Youth Platform:

1.Undertakes to carry out all activities in accordance with the vision, mission, and principles defined in the Association’s Articles of Association, based on transparency, accountability, and equality;

2.Ensures the planning and implementation of the minimum required annual activities within the scope of the established operational targets;

3.Commits to fulfilling all reporting processes in a timely, complete, and standard-compliant manner;

4.Is responsible for safeguarding all entrusted physical assets, financial resources, and personal data in accordance with applicable legislation and GDPR provisions;

5.Agrees to act in full compliance with the duties, authorities, and representation limits defined in this directive, and in line with the decisions of the Board of Directors.
